Sunday, 14th
of January, 2018 will mark another landmark in the History of Fountain
University, Osogbo in Osun State, a privately owned university by Nasirul-Lahi-L-Fatih
Society (NASFAT) as she will be graduating 284 students in various courses in
which 23 bagged First Class Honours, 107 with Second Class Honours (Upper
Division), 128 with Second Class Honours (Lower Division) and 26 with Third
Class Honours.
It was gathered that the graduating students are
mainly the college of Management and Social Sciences and college of Natural and
Applied sciences.

The Acting Chairman of Economic Financial Crime
Commission, EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu is expected to speak at the occasion on
“Unity And Solidarity Against Corruption In Nigeria” Listing the university’s achievements so far, the
VC said all the courses in the institution are fully accredited by the National
Universities Commission, NUC.
The university has arranged a linkage programme for
the Computer Science studenst interested in completing their courses at Malaysia.
The arrangement is between Fountain University and International Islamic
University, Malaysia
Among other activities for the events include
quiz competition among secondary schools on Tuesday, an awareness walk around
the city of Osogbo on Wednesday, a novelty match and indoor games on Thursday,
a Jumat service on Friday and a football match, Alumni day and Award night on
Saturday.
