MPAC Launches Incident Reporting Centre

MPAC Incident Reporting
Muslim Public Affairs Centres (MPAC), an independent Muslim public service agency working rigorously to propagating Islam in Nigeria by eradicating all forms of Islamophobias and related issues.

Not only that, MPAC is also encouraging and empowering Muslim comunities through training and welfarism. Her empowerment activities includes economic, financial, health and many more. One of her major welfarism project in a recent time is the Sakinah Medical Outreach. Through the Sakinah project, MPAC have been able to collect more than N60 million Sadakat and Zakat and judiciously expended to benefit 548 persons and organise 4 medical outreaches that have benefited hundred of the less privileged Muslims and Non-Muslims members of the community of its reach.


To encourage Muslims to engage in political and civic process in Nigeria, MPAC launches MPAC Engages which is making a lot of impact. Her education and orientation Mosques, Islamic centres, Public Places and Social media is yielding tremendous result.

Now, MPAC is launching Incident Reporting, a proactive approach to end most of public unrest caused by religious hate speech and activities that have led to lost live.

“Have you been the victim of direct or indirect anti-Muslim harassment or discrimination either at work, at school or in public places? Report these incidents to MPAC to enable us log and take action where required. Such incidents of harassment or discrimination may be attitudes you encounter at job interviews, tones of voice, stares, teasing or inappropriate jokes, conversations which suddenly stop when you enter the room, subtle forms of exclusion, or inappropriate and frequent references to Islam and emotional “buzzwords" like Islamists, Islamic militants, Jihad/Jihadists, holy Jihad, Muslim Extremists, Muslim Terrorists, Fundamentalists, etc..
